1. Services

Logic Impact AI provides AI business consulting and operations automation services. Our engagements are structured as consulting projects with defined scope, deliverables, and timelines. We do not sell software subscriptions or pre-packaged product modules.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts required.

3. Setup Fees

One-time setup fees are charged at the beginning of service and are non-refundable after setup has commenced.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions.

5. Confidentiality

All business information shared during consultations and service delivery is treated as confidential. We do not share your business data with competitors or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Logic Impact AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
